NOTE: We reserve the right to remove any vehicle from this sale at any time. All vehicles have been stored outside for some time, and all vehicles are sold as-is, where-is.

SALE INFORMATION: On June 19, the first day of the sale, sealed bids will be accepted at the sale site until 4:00pm. At that time, the highest bid at or above the asking price will be accepted for each vehicle. After June 19, each remaining vehicle may be purchased "on-the-spot" and "first come-first serve" without the bid process if the offer is at the asking price. Offers below asking or reserve price will be entertained through the sealed bid process. Sealed bids below asking price may be made at any time and must be received by July 10 at 4:00pm. On July 12, the bids will be opened and the highest bid (above reserve) will be accepted for each vehicle that was not already sold during the regular sale. Bids made for vehicles that were sold for the asking price prior to July 12 will be discarded and the bidder notified via mail. Bids below reserve price may be accepted after July 12 at the discretion of the sale manager. Payment for any vehicle must be received prior to 10:00 am of the next Saturday sale date.

WHEN: Vehicles will be available for viewing on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm from June 19 through July 10.

WHERE: The vehicles will be on display at the Antique Mechanics Agricultural Machinery Collection on the UC Davis campus. UC Davis is on Interstate 80 approximately fifteen miles west of Sacramento.

From Highway 113: Exit at Hutchison, and go west. Turn left on Hopkins Road and travel south, turn left on Airport Road.

PLEASE NOTE: Cash, cashier’s checks, money orders or traveler’s checks will be accepted. Personal/Company checks are accepted up to $100. Payable to: UC Regents. A cash receipt will be produced for each transaction. Sales tax of 7.25% will be applied to all sales.

Purchaser is obligated to pick up purchased property at the time of the sale or make arrangements with the Sale Manager to pick up after sale, but in any event pick up of the purchased property shall take place no later than one week following sale.

University policy prohibits the purchase of University property, either directly or through public sale, by an employee of the department releasing the property; by an employee of a Material Management department; or by a near relative of any such employee.
