2012 Annual Meeting

Thank you to everyone that made the 2012 Section Meeting a success. This year there were over over 100 members, students, and guests that met after the World Ag Expo/Tulare Farm Show at the Edison Energy Education Center in Tulare, CA. We awarded our Engineer of the Year, honored an ASABE New Face of Engineering, presented the winners of our annual poster competition, and heard updates from Butte College, Cal Poly SLO, and UC Davis. ASABE President Sonia Maassel-Jacobsen and CAST Executive Director John Bonner were guest speakers. Ben Holtz and Daniel Holtz were this year's featured speakers.

Student Poster Competition
First and second place Graduate Student Poster awards went to Brandon Miller and Brad Arnold, respectively. The first place Undergraduate Student Poster award went to Cal Poly’s Quarter Scale Tractor Team.
